Thank you for shopping with Zell-Em Branding. We want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy regarding returns and refunds below.
Returns Eligibility
We offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:
Sizing Errors:Â The company failed to supply the correct size as specified in your original order.
Embroidery Errors:Â The garment has been embroidered incorrectly. In this instance, a replacement item will be issued.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also require the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

Note:Â All shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer. For any questions regarding the returns process, feel free to reach out to us at any time via the email address above.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
Approval: If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing Time:Â Please keep in mind that banks and credit card companies may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
Follow-up: If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact our accounts team at accounts@zell-em.com.
