At Zell-Em Branding, we take pride in the quality and precision of our work. Because many of our products are tailored specifically to your requirements, please take note of our shipping timelines and procedures below.

Lead Times for Customised Orders

All customised orders—including those involving embroidery or bespoke branding—are subject to a production lead time.

Standard Lead Time: Approximately 10 working days.

Exclusions: This period excludes weekends and UK Bank Holidays.

Commencement: The lead time begins once your order is confirmed and all necessary artwork or customisation details have been received.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has completed the customisation process, it will be dispatched via our designated courier.

Tracking: You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

Estimates: While we strive to meet all delivery windows, please note that delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only. As outlined in our Terms of Service, we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Please note that for any items returned to us (in accordance with our Return Policy), all applicable shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
